The Foundation is very proud of the organizational structure, especially based on the fact that most of the key positions are occupied by indigenous employees. We place great emphasis on the careful selection of the local Tanzanian employees. These are specifically familiarized and introduced in the fulfilling employment functions. Thus, we achieve the greatest possible independence and autonomy of our employees on-site.
The main tasks of the volunteer staff (board of trustees and ambassadors) are in addition to the strategic, financial and administrative management of the fund-raising, all PR initiatives, computer science and the organization / execution of events.
