The Board of Trustees is very proud of its organizational structure, which is based on filling responsible positions with local employees. We attach great importance to the careful selection of Tanzanian employees. Once they have been hired, they are specifically introduced to the tasks to be performed. In this way we achieve the greatest possible independence and autonomy for our local employees.
In addition to strategic, financial and administrative management, the main tasks of the volunteers (Board of Trustees and Ambassadors) are fundraising, all PR initiatives, information technology and the organisation and implementation of events.
