Welcome to Tuwapende Watoto Secondary School

We are very pleased to announce that the construction of Tuwapende Watoto Secondary School is on schedule and will be completed in time for the start of the new school year 2025. We are proud to open our doors to over 100 pupils from the surrounding area, fulfilling a long-held wish of the people of our region.

Our modern school will offer the following facilities:

• • Six classrooms: equipped with the latest learning technology for optimal teaching.
  • Three laboratories: Chemistry, physics and biology laboratories for practical and experimental teaching.
  • Library: A wide range of books and digital media to promote reading culture and research.
  • Administrative offices: Efficient organisation and support for pupils and teaching staff.
  • Staff room: A comfortable retreat for our dedicated teaching staff.
  • Toilet facilities: Modern and hygienic sanitary facilities.
  • Kitchen and dining hall: Our new school kitchen ensures the physical well-being of our pupils. Our chefs prepare healthy meals every day, which are served in the new dining hall.

Our aim is to increase the school’s capacity to over 500 places by 2026 in order to give even more children and young people access to high-quality education.
In order to provide access to education for as many families as possible, our school and transport fees are moderate.
